hI, i'm Nina Rocco!

I’m a nutrition, fitness, and mindset coach, and I’ve been helping women transform their health and lives since 2014. Over the past decade, I’ve worked with hundreds of women to reconnect with their bodies, build strength, understand proper nutrition, and create a balanced, sustainable lifestyle.

I guide women to step away from extreme dieting, endless cardio, and all the confusion out there and instead follow a clear, personalized approach that actually works for their goals and their life.

My journey hasn’t been without challenges. I went through two back surgeries before the age of 30 and experienced perimenopause by age 35. Those experiences gave me a deeper understanding of what women truly go through, and why a balanced, realistic approach is everything when it comes to feeling your best in your body.

My mission has always been to empower women to take control of their health with clarity, confidence, and a plan that fits into their life, not one that takes away from it.

Beyond coaching, I have a deep passion for travel and connection, which is why I created the Red Tent Retreats. After living in Europe for over four years, I saw firsthand the importance of slowing down. I also know how much high-performing women give to everyone else and how rarely they give that same energy back to themselves.

These retreats are designed to bring women together in beautiful destinations around the world to rest, recharge, reconnect, and build a powerful sense of sisterhood, where we support each other instead of compete.

My goal isn’t just to help you transform your body, it’s to help you elevate your entire life.
